Sunday at the Dunes

Grandpa and the girls on the Silver Lake sand dunes. This is Jordan's 2nd birthday.
Taylor with Lake Michigan in the background. Her best comment when someone didn't make it up a hill was, "Oh no! They're sand-doomed!"

Jordan's first time at the dunes was lots of fun. Go faster!!
They also got to dip their feet in Lake Michigan.
It turned into more than just a dip.
Jordan's dress was pretty much soaked, but she loved it anyway.

Jordan's 2nd birthday party

We finally got some sun in our summer. The girls like to "lay out" and read books in the sun when they've run out of energy (for a little bit at least).

We just had family and the Hills from across the street over for Jordan's party. Here is a present from Grandma and Grandpa Netcott.





It took her a few tries, but she got the 2 candles out by herself.
This is how she looked after the cupcakes.And this is how the night ended (Morgan was the last to fall asleep and she's just out of the picture). Good day.

End of soccer season

Soccer and school have both finished up. I have a few pictures of Taylor on her last day of school and a couple of videos of the girls at soccer. Both girls were able to score 3 goals a piece throughout the season and they certainly learned a lot and had fun too.
This one is Morgan shooting at the goal. I missed getting video of her scoring. :(
Of all the times I decided to take a video of Taylor making a goal kick, on this one she completely missed the ball. :) She thought it was pretty funny when she watched the video though, so we saved it.
It's been raining a lot at the beginning of our summer vacation. Here is Jordan playing with the marbles (set up and then abandoned by her sisters).
